- Firefox uses a light theme as the default theme. The default color of the theme is currently selected in personalized settings.
- Firefox offers additional dark and light themes. Dark themes are trending now due to less emission of light with appropriate contrast ratios for better readability. It also enhances the look of the application and have negligible effects on your eyes.
Follow the steps to enable Firefox dark mode –
Step 1: Open Firefox.
Step 2: Then, click the Application menu button at the top-right and choose the Add-ons and themes option.
Step 3: Now, Click the Themes dropdown menu at the bottom of your page and choose Light or Dark, depending on which theme you wish to use.
Step 4: Then, Click on the Enable button.
You can use other themes, such as the purple prism, Firefox alpenglow, and light themes, which are preinstalled themes. But you can also install different themes such as beach chairs, Africans heat, and many more.
